What is 3AM?

3AM is an AI-powered emotional support coach designed to help you through breakups, relationship anxiety, and emotional crises. It's available 24/7 — even at 3 in the morning when you need it most.

Is 3AM a replacement for therapy?

No. 3AM is an AI coaching tool for emotional support. It is NOT a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or medical advice. If you're in crisis, please contact a mental health professional or crisis hotline.

How do subscriptions work?

3AM offers three subscription tiers:

All subscriptions are billed monthly through the App Store and can be canceled anytime.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, go to Settings on your iPhone > Apple ID > Subscriptions > 3AM > Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your conversations and personal data are stored locally on your device. We do not store chat histories on our servers.

How does the No Contact Shield work?

The No Contact Shield tracks your no-contact streak and provides impulse support when you're tempted to reach out to your ex. It helps build healthy distance during the healing process.
